Tom wants to be healthy. Every morning, he wakes up at 7:00. He drinks a glass of water and eats a simple breakfast. He usually has bread, eggs, and fruit. He does not drink soda in the morning.
After breakfast, Tom walks to work. It takes twenty minutes. Walking helps his body stay strong. At work, he sits at a desk, but he stands up every hour and moves his body.
In the afternoon, Tom eats rice, vegetables, and chicken for lunch. He likes sweet food, but he does not eat too much candy. He knows too much sugar is not good for his health.
In the evening, Tom goes to the park. He runs for fifteen minutes and listens to music. After that, he goes home and takes a shower.
Tom goes to bed at 10:30. He sleeps for eight hours. Good sleep helps him feel happy and strong the next day.
